이 디오라마를 위해 저는 처음으로 우드랜드 장면 포장 테이프를 사용했습니다. 매우 만족스러운 경험입니다. 특히 스크래퍼를 사용하여 석고를 평평하게 하는 것이 좋습니다. 야호!

그 지형은 조경모델의 가장 친한 친구인 스컬프타몰드로 덮인 종이이다. 우드랜드 시네틱스 록 몰드에서 주조한 석고암도 사용했습니다.

그라운드 커버는 그라우트가 섞인 진짜 마른 흙으로 덮인 집에서 만든 '굽'(PVA, 그라우트, 스컬프타몰드, 에멀젼 페인트)이다.

풍경 재료는 대부분 노치와 우드랜드 씬닉스에 의해 만들어지지만, 나는 자바의 멋진 헤더 믹스를 사용하고 정원에서 잎을 갈아냈다.

The techniques I use can be applied to dioramas, model railway layouts and wargaming terrain.

Making realistic scenery is a lot of fun, and in this video I step you through the process from start to finish, leaving out only the boring stuff. It's the complete...ish guide to building a super-realistic model road!

For this diorama I used Woodland Scenics Paving Tape for the first time. It's a highly satisfying experience - especially using the scraper to level the plaster. Wooooar!

The landform is paper covered in Sculptamold, which is a landscape modeller's best friend. I also used some plaster rocks cast from Woodland Scenics Rock Molds (or Moulds, if you're like me).

The ground cover is a homemade 'goop' (PVA, grout, Sculptamold and emulsion paint with a splash of water) covered in real dried soil mixed with grout.

The scenery material is mostly by Noch and Woodland Scenics, though I use a great heather mix by Javis and ground up leaves from my garden.

I made a wire tree for this scene, using crafting wire and coated in a paste of sawdust and wood glue. I'll have a video on making wire trees soon.

The tree's foliage is attached to bits of Guagemaster Seafoam Trees.
