Old Rusted Wrench Restoration with mirror finish - Tool Restoration | Mister Patina

In this Video i‘m restoring an old rusty Wrench from „Gedore“ - i found this Wrench in my Workshop, somewhere in the last corner. When i found it, it had a lot of rust and other stuff on it. Time to restore the wrench!

I started with a little brushing, followed by an electrolysis bath against the deep rust. 5 hours later the wrench looked ways better, so i started the rough metal works by using power tools. After that i sanded all the surfaces with different grits. Final step was the mirror polishing with a metal compound and a drill driven polishing pad.
